Registered participants unable to attend the conference may ask for refunds. All cancellations must be addressed in writing to the General Secretariat: email@example.com
- A cancellation fee of €50.00 will be withheld if the refund is requested in writing before February 3rd, 2016; and 50% of registration fees if before February 20th, 2016.
- No refunds will be accepted if requested after February 21st, 2016.
- All refunds will be processed after the conference
Any differences arising in the registration fees will be collected on site by the Conference Secretariat. In case that registration funds were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited on the Conference account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.
- Cancellations and / or changes should be made in writing exclusively to Grupo Pacífico.
- No-shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 09:00 AM of the following day, and the full payment will not be refundable. The hotel is entitled to charge the total amount of the whole stay.
- Please note that all appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
- For cancellations received before February 1st, 2016, there will be no charges, less €30.00 per room cancelled as handling fee.
- For cancellations received between February 1st, 2016 and February 29th, 2016, there will apply a cancellation fee of 1 night.
- For any cancellation received from March 1st, 2016, there will apply a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of the booking.
