Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation
requests must be provided in writing and received by April 12, 2009. There will
be an administrative fee of $50 deducted from each refund. Please submit all
refund/cancellation requests to koushik.chakraborty@usu.edu.
Due to the volcanic ash and its impact on travel, we have modified the cancellation policy. All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by April 28, 2009. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to koushik.chakraborty@usu.edu. The $50 administrative fee will not be charged.
