Excursion and banquet

The excursion for HPCA, CGO, and PPoPP will be at the National Air and Space Museum on the National Mall. The museum is the most visited in the United States, and the third most visited in the world. It is home to Lindbergh’s Spirit of St. Louis, the Apollo 11 command module, and the Wright brothers’ original plane, among many others. Join us for a banquet underneath these iconic air and space vehicles. And then afterwards, take in the museum for yourself and enjoy shows at its IMAX theater and Planetarium.

Bus pick up for the excursion will be from the back entrance of the hotel between 6:20 to 6:50.
